Assistant Warehouse Manager needed in the area of Addison IL!
Assistant warehouse manager will manage daily operations of the warehouse including receiving incoming shipments, transferring materials, preparing shipments out for delivery & Operating a forklift when needed.
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Hours: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Schedule: Monday through Friday ( Weekends OFF)
Assistant warehouse Manager responsibilities:
- Assist Management in leading warehouse team and provide feedback to manager for evaluations and performance concerns.
- Log in all items to ensure accurate quantities received.
- Review distribution center Inventory.
- Communicate with customer on any technical questions or issues.
- Bill of Landing
- Operate a sit down, reach or cherry picker forklift when needed to move product around the warehouse.
- Must have 2 years experience as a team lead or manager experience within a distribution center
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to coach and direct warehouse staff
- Must be able to communicate well with staff & Customers
